CATALOGS    Our only catalog is at https://www.essentialsupplies.com/indexnew.html. (Bookmark this site)  We would never be able to keep you current with our products, prices and inventory with a hard copy. 
You may print your own price list…    You can click on the highlighted underlined words to go there (or to see the pictures on the site, click on the underlined descriptions).  You can even do a "search" for products you are looking for, and put in a quote for yourself or send it to us as an order.

PROCESSING OF ORDERS   Due to our recent overwhelming number of inquiries and internet orders, you can expect an order to be processed for shipping in 1 to 4 working days. We will call you about any back orders or problems with your order.

SHIPPING & E.T.A.    We understand most of our orders go to businesses and need an “estimated time of arrival”, in general that would be between 2  to 14 days of placing the order.  Save yourself money and “order in time”.  We'll do the rest. 
We ship UPS ground and add actual freight charges to your order.   For orders to Hawaii and Alaska we ship “Priority Mail” insured return receipt. 

DAMAGES:   All orders are insured with UPS.  Check your order on receiving.  If it is damaged, contact UPS and file a claim. Save all of the packaging until the adjuster has been contacted. When receiving freight by truck, carefully check out your order before you sign the paperwork.  We have very few damages considering the quantities that we ship.

RETURNS:  There is a 20% restocking fee if you change your mind and return your order.  Please order carefully.

EXPORTING:  We do not export.

CREDIT CARDS & CHECKS: We handle all major credit cards and draft cards.  You may enter them on our secure Shopping Cart and speed up your order.  If you are paying by check, it must be a cashiers check or money order (no personal checks) made out to E.D. Luce Packaging; orders will not be processed until the check is received.   No C.O.D. or credit sales.

MEMBERSHIP IN OUR BUYING CLUB:   By registering as a member you will select a user name and password to access your account, place orders on our shopping cart, check previous orders and invoices, track new orders and print out your account.  Be sure to print a copy of your user name and password when you register. Please don't use apostrophes in your user name or password.
We do not sell your name to any other organization. 

MEASUREMENTS: Our bottles and jars are listed in ounces, drams, and ml or cc.  This is the volume (like water in a measuring cup).  For size in inches, please call 562-997-9777.

30 ml or 30 cc = 1 ounce.  8 drams = 1 ounce. 

DISCOUNTS:  Our prices are based on the quantity that you buy at one time.  We do not have a separate wholesale catalog or special catalog for distributors.  All discounts for quantities described, will be on your final invoice mailed from E.D. Luce Packaging.
